QUICK ANSWER

The Complete Set is a multi-zone Altered Item side story. You need to subdue four mobile speakers, recover a confiscated subwoofer from the Oldest House, and arrange the whole set at the Downtown Auction House. The ritual has a specific placement for each unit, so simply collecting all five items does not finish the quest.

You can discover the story through several search locations. One early route begins in the Collector's Apartment in western Central: on the second floor, enter the first apartment on the left and examine the phone or note. If your log already says “Investigate the Auction House” or another later objective, continue from that objective rather than returning to Central to trigger the quest again.

Speaker route at a glance

Item Zone and lead What makes it count
Speaker 1 Collector's Apartment area, western Central Chase it from the trash bins into the construction site and interact while it pauses
Speaker 2 Museum of Curiosities, West Incursion Zone Clear three Hiss orbs, press the rear red button, then catch the moving speaker
Speaker 3 Auction House, Downtown Talk to the person on the balcony, chase the speaker, then pick up the nearby note
Speaker 4 Auction Buyer's Apartment and coffee shop, eastern Central Read the apartment's Exchange Location Note, then chase the coffee-shop speaker outside
Subwoofer Executive Research, Oldest House Obtain Langston's SR keycard, enter storage, defeat the ambush, and contain the unit

The image below shows an Auction House approach from one supplied walkthrough; use the quest marker and “Dense Patterning” map label for the final entrance.

Subdue the four speakers

Start near the Collector's Apartment in western Central. The first speaker sits across the street by the trash bins. It runs when Dylan approaches, leading to the nearby construction site. Keep it in sight and close the gap when it stops; the interaction prompt appears only during those short pauses.

The Museum of Curiosities is in the southern part of West Incursion Zone. Approach through that zone rather than trying to cross directly from the Central apartment. Three Hiss orbs block access. Follow their red airborne connections to find the orbs, destroy them, then enter the museum. Take the note at the front desk and press the red button near the back to start the moving-speaker chase.

In Downtown's Dense Patterning area, clear the Hiss on the Auction House roof and enter. Talk to the person on the balcony. The third speaker starts moving through the room; subdue it during a pause. Check the note beside the person and the recording near the couches before leaving, because those clues lead into the ritual.

For the fourth unit, go to the Auction Buyer's Apartment in eastern Central. The open third-floor apartment contains an Exchange Location Note. The coffee shop lies to the west. Clear the Hiss outside, inspect the speaker on the table, and follow it outside when it bolts. Again, interact while it pauses. These are four separate captures; the final ritual cannot substitute for a missing one.

Get Langston's subwoofer

Speak with Langston near the Field Office. He gives you an Oldest House Storage keycard for SR-clearance doors. Travel to the Oldest House, take the elevators to Executive Research, and turn left at the exit toward the SR door. The supplied screenshot shows the clearance-marked entrance.

Interacting with the subwoofer starts an ambush; it runs while Hiss appear. Defeat the enemies, chase it, and use the containment prompt. Check the Quest Log before leaving. If the objective still says “Look for the Subwoofer,” the interaction or fight has not registered.

Arrange the set at the Auction House

Return to the Downtown Auction House and place the collected set by interacting with the couch to the right of the person. The note “The SINKKI D50 Speaker Set” is the in-game clue for the ritual. Put the pieces in these spots:

Piece Ritual position
Speaker 1 Glass surface on the black boxes near the bottom of the stairs
Speaker 2 Black stone slabs on the north-side stage
Speaker 3 Wooden bench on the other upper level, near the generators
Speaker 4 Blue tarp hanging over the edge of the upper level
Subwoofer Water on the floor beside the person at the console

After every piece is in place, speak to the person at the console. Return to each speaker and turn it off, then interact with the subwoofer. Turning the subwoofer off closes the mission immediately. Turning its volume up adds a final conversation with the civilian; the cited walkthrough reports the same reward either way.

If the ritual stalls, compare the actual objective text with the table. The game distinguishes capture, deposit, place, and turn off. A speaker on the couch has been deposited, but it has not yet been set at its ritual position. The quest is one of the Altered Item stories counted by Panopticon Intern in the trophy roadmap.
