Looking for a particular jacket is different from trying to unlock every cosmetic. CONTROL Resonant lets Dylan mix appearance pieces, and its rewards come from story missions, side stories, activities, vendors, and promotions. Start at a Wardrobe to see what you own; then use the table below to pursue a missing piece. If you only want Form Over Function, you need 12 outfit items, not the entire catalogue.

Where to change Dylan's clothes

Interact with a Wardrobe, marked by a jacket icon at safe locations in Manhattan. The menu has six slots: Top Layer, Hair, Base Layer, Facial Hair, Accessories, and Body and Face. A mission reward may appear in one slot rather than as an entire outfit. You can combine pieces from different sets. These choices are cosmetic; they do not replace combat upgrades.

If a reward seems absent, inspect the correct slot first. The MIO Specialist's Robe from the documented code is a Top Layer item. A headpiece or accessory will not appear beside jackets. An article may call a single reward an “outfit” even if the in-game category is one piece.

Story and side-story rewards

Testing Facilities can yield cosmetics. The cited outfit guide identifies the Park's Vesey facility as a route to an Emergency Hood and mentions Firebreaker Goggles from another facility. SHÜM challenges and zone vendors also offer items. The Unsupervised Science route helps with facility navigation, although its main objective is not exclusively cosmetic.

Promotional and edition items require a separate check. The MIO robe uses a public redemption code, while Sierra Suit, Vest, and Helmet were described as launch Twitch Drops. Hiss Corruption, AWE, and Occult items are also cited as special rewards. Pick up Panopticon Service Request, Urban Survival, The Party Won't Stop, and Maintenance Protocol while moving between zones. Check vendors as you pass them; use SHÜM or Testing Facilities if you still need a few pieces. This is less work than completing all Resonants solely for a cosmetic.
